How can posts be sorted alphabetically on a category page?

If I hit on a category, I will land on a category page:

1. How can posts be sorted alphabetically on a category page?

I have a tourism website, so only alphabetic filtering of posts makes sense. Maybe I have overlooked some options but I could not find any solution so far.
If i create an individual page with blocks, I can set the options for filtering, but if I hit on a category somewhere, I will land on a category page, where I cannot change filtering.

2. Would you recommend redirecting category pages to an individual page for each category, where I can filter posts alpahbetically?!

Hello,

Redirecting the category page is a technique used if you want a custom style on your category pages. By default WordPress sorts the categories in a latest to oldest sorting option. Our theme does not have any option to change the default sorting order of categories.
