Vitual composer cannot install

I want to uploaded plugin visual composer

I add plugins >> add new >> upload plugin >> choose file :s_composer.zip file ( V.8) from Newspapers-tf file

but i can not insall ,they say “The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2017/06.”

How can i do?

Hello,

You can try to install it using the cpanel or ftp. SImply access your plugins folder and move the plugin files to it. Here is a guide on how to install a plugin manually:
