Hi,
i am trying to figure out why my facebook social counter is not showing my actually counter statistic.
Iam using the sidebar widget. After adding Facebook ID, App ID und Security Key, I pushed the “Get Access Token” Button and after a whole night (12h) the please wait label is still present.
I am developing on a staging system right now. To prevent url changes i am using local hosts dns redirection to another webserver.
Is the mentioned behaviour above maybe caused by this redirect? Or is the bug in another corner?
I would really appreciate a support!

Hello BR Rob,
The problem with the “Get Access Token” might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there or the FB will not count correctly, please let us know and provide your website URL.

I tried already a complete different browser, cause safari running usually into such issues 😉 (Yes cache in chrome has also been refreshed! 🙂 )
