I have inspected your website and I saw that your category pages works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/30qqC0xWmL Also, I have notice that you are using a lot of untested plugins whihc can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknonw issues. Try to remove all of them, leave just Visual composer to active, clear all the caches and check the results.

You may be using a plugin which sets some content to only be viewed — or not viewed — by people at certain ‘user role’ levels; so if you have a plugin which sets a specific user role to NOT see content — theme has nothing to do with that, it’s the plugin you’re using which is controlling “who can see what” — this is why it happens only when somebody logs in; because that person might be set as “contributor” and your plugin is saying don’t show anybody who is a contributor content type or post type xxx.
So, you need to check your plugin settings; and by disabling them, then logging in as a user, you can see *which* plugin is causing the problem.
Nobody here can help you with THAT, unfortunately.
