Greetings
after installing the theme and visual composer, but it won’t work, it is available but if i click it the editor editor panel disappear
Please advise

Hello,
This could be a memory allocation issue. Please try to increase the system status parameters according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Plugins can also affect the proper functionality of the builder so please try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and clear all caching.
