Hi! in the about page (https://claudiashoppingbag.com/claudia-casetti-about/), although I allow comments, the comments box does not appear, could you please advise what’s wrong? (if I activate another wp ‘default’ theme the comments box appears normally. Thanks in advance!

By default, comments are disabled on the page template. You can enable it from the theme panel.
Theme panel > Template settings >> Page Template
