this path way does not give me the option to download. can you please send me the zip file for The Mobile Theme. I did what you said and it takes me to the browser and no download option. thank you.

Log into your ThemeForest account, in your Downloads tab look for the Newspaper theme.
Click the Download button next to it and choose to download the Installable WordPress Theme (the WordPress file).
