How can I add the comment count on td_block_7?
I suppose I have to modify a specific file with some code.

Hi,
Block 7 does not display the comment count by default

If you would like to change this, it would require you to modify the module file this block uses. As it can be seen here, Block 7 uses Module 6

By opening the module file the structure can be seen

Simply uncomment the code responsible with the count, and the block should display it
