the website is currently in development, so you will need a password in order to see the frontend.
Where can i sent the credentials to?

Try add to functions.php file theme this
add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-lightbox’ );
add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-zoom’ );
add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-slider’ );
