More Stories slid in from right, how to edit

Hi,
I can’t seem to find how to change the settings for the “More Stories” slide in that comes in on the right hand side after you scroll down the page a ways. I inspected the page and the code is in a dive that starts with – <div class=”td-more-articles-box td-front-end-display-block”> –

I’m thinking there must be a way through the admin to change settings for this rather than edit a template.
