We changed our logo files recently to change the color, and suddenly it’s appearing small on my coworker’s computers, while it looks fine on mine (flashing small first, but then loading the large). We even put the original files back and it’s still doing it.
We’re all on macs, all using Chrome, all currently on the same network. Do you have any idea what could be causing this? We’re afraid to launch if the logo is going to look tiny on most people’s screens.
The site is currently password protected, but if you tell us how to do so securely, we’ll send log in info.

If you are all using mac’s that means you all have retina displays and you did not upload a bigger retina logo: https://www.screencast.com/t/f4NTCyPKR
The retina logo will have to be roughly double the size of the normal logo.

Except we did upload the retina logo at the appropriate size. It’s there. And, as I said, it displays fine on my computer. But it’s consistently not loading for everyone else.
Please provide a link to your site sop we can inspect it.

We have tested the logo on our end but could not see any problems with it except for the bottom spacing on the image itself causing a bigger gap under the logo: https://www.screencast.com/t/Usz5BwMUVjjF You can see the positioning on the sticky menu as well. It is recommended you edit the logo image and reduce the bottom space on the image: https://www.screencast.com/t/OejO7ImH
Other than that, the logo loaded correctly on all our devices.

Except that screen shot that you show is too small! That’s the problem. It should look like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mawl59dhasd06u1/Screenshot%202017-07-07%2017.02.29.png?dl=0. The logo should be the width of the beginning of the “topics” menu item to the end of the “subscribe” menu item, as it does in that screenshot. How do we make it show up that big?
My new logo uploaded Friday is also smaller.

Actually it seems that drop down menu you suggested to Robert was our problem too. Phew! Though I still don’t know why it was showing up differently on some computers.
