Am have issue with my “social counter settings”
I have tried every thing but the “follow us” is showing following is zero, both on Facebook and Twitter. See pix below

I have used my personal account ID: “http://www.facebook.com/dcngibson” still getting zero following result.
I used the below business page ID, still got zero following result.

The same with the twitter.
I need your assistance.

Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer lokk at it.

I have inspected your FB and Twitter link from your Social Counter and it seems that you have wrong insert your FB and Twitter link to your account/page, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2hpCvbogmg Why do you have inserted twice? Please follow each step from our documentation and fix the problem.

Ensure that your Facebook has been right setup according to the following useful topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Also, I have checked your website and I saw that you are not using the latest theme version, sorry! Please update your theme to the latest version of it via FTP way and try again and check the results.
