Image upscaling

Hi there.

With the website, I have added a plugin to use for crediting images, but on desktop, the credit sits off the side of the images.

I want to have the theme automatically upscale all images to be 700px wide, the same as the featured image at the top of the posts. I’ve looked through the css but for some reason can’t find where to edit it.

Please let me know how this can be done!

I use a plugin to actually upscale the image to new image block size, vs simply “resizing via CSS” — might not be what you want, but try “Thumbnail Upscale” plugin in the WP repository.

Thanks for that, I will check it out now.

My main concern is ensuring that it’s a default action to save the time of changing the desired size, it may seem a little silly, but it adds a few mins extra work to each post, and I don’t really have that time! Haha.

Tried it, and no dice!

CSS seems to be the only way I’m going to be able to do it so it upscales automatically.

Hopefully someone will be able to shine some light on it for me!!!
