I have a probleme with colon. Only one collom work, not other.
I have read your guide : https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/, i test to use only the 2 and 3, ok in admin but in front, only one colone
I test to import a Predefined Layouts, the import work, on the admin all ok but on page, only a one colum.
I test desactive ALL plugin, only :
– tagDiv Composer
– tagDiv Social Counter
– WPBakery Visual Composer
Every time the same …
Anny idea ?

I don’t think I understand exactly what is happening. If you could provide some screenshots of the problem it would be helpful.
Each row can be split in the recommended layouts as the guide shows

Then simply add the elements you want in the resulting columns. Importing a template will grant you an already built page structure

Hi,
Try deactivating the tagDiv composer as well. Leave only Visual composer active. I have tried to replicate the problem with the layout you are creating, but it does not happen in my case.
If this does not have any effect, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look and see why this is occurring. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
