I have just purchased your theme and imported a demo, trying to use the tagdiv composer and the page is just blank. Help!! Can I email you my credentials?

Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide if necessary

Then try to edit the page and see if it is working as expected. Also this could be caused by a plugin that you are using. You can try to deactivate all of them except the composer, clear any caching installed and see if this has any effect.
Please let us know if you still have a problem using the editor.
