Configurando el Widget [tagDIV] Social Counter, no está funcionando el Facebook Access Token. Completamos el Facebook ID y Facebook Security Key, pero al cliquear en GET ACCESS TOKEN aparece un cartel que dice “Please Wait…” y ahí queda colgado.
Hay otra forma de obtener el Access Token?

The problem with the “Get Access Token” might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there or the FB will not count correctly, please let us know and provide your website URL. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

I have the same problem too. When I try to retrive the Access token, the theme only shows “please wait …”. I tried both with Firefox, Safari and TOR … without success!

Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, the latest required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
