Twitter from VC Social Counter element, Breaks Up website

Every time I tried to enter our Twitter ID on VC Social Counter, it breaks up my template.

Has anyone encountered this please?

Hello tonman,

Please keep in mind that if you will right use our Social Counter and also if it will be right installed according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/, you should not have any errors in this case. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version with the latest required plugins and check, make sure that you have right added your Twitter ID in the social section.
