Hi, I am trying to use this plugin, but there is an error displayed in the console https://www.screencast.com/t/KgL6x4S1o and that when we tested with a WP default theme and it worked. How can we get it work in the theme? Tks!

Unfortunately, this kind of plugin has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
