Step by step guide on how do change page headings?

Can somebody please give me a quick step by step guide on how to change the headings like displayed in this link

Hello MitchyBoy,

If you are using the TD Composer as page builder, you can change the Title Block when you edit the blocks, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hEBdc2sj Also, if you are using the Visual Composer as a page builder, you should edit the block and change the title like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GFc4rbqH6G3
