My google search console says I have duplicate meta descriptions for my home page and page 2 and 3 of my article list. I do have the Yoast plugin set to noindex subpages of archives, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
In the meantime, I set a high limit to the number of posts shown, so they all show on my home page, but how can I change my home page to show a limited number of recent posts without pagination? When I choose from the two other templates available under “Page Attributes” (Default or Page Builder + Page Title), they add unattractive “Home” text at the top of the page. Pagebuilding + Latest Articles + Pagination has a lot of options, but it seems there’s no way around the pagination…

You can simply use the default page template as the title and breadcrumbs will not show up once you use the page builder. If you do not use the page builder on the page, then it will show the title and breadcrumbs. Simply press the button to edit the page with tagdiv composer and you do not need to add anything with the builder, just press save and exit. The title and breadcrumb should go away.

Ah, got it, managed to do the same with visual composer. For some reason when I tried previously it wasn’t previewing correctly, but once I hit publish everything looks great. Thanks 🙂
