When I tap the hamburger menu of my site on the IPhone 7 plus, no menu appears. The entire screen seems to shrink down a few millimeters on each edge, revealing a bit of the background image of the site, but the menu does not appear. I’ve tried this both with the standard site as well as with the Mobile Plugin installed, with the same result. I have not tested the mobile site on other phones as I only have one phone. Is there any way to make the menu work?

Please keep in mind that the mobile menu should work as expected without any problem if the theme is right used, without any untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and which might cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these and leave just only our tested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
If the problem is still there, you should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I can check it to mobile devices.
