Password reset loops back to "Lost your password?"

I have whitelisted the “my-account” page with Super Cache.
Any ideas?

Hello deanvandijk,

It seems to be a strange issue which should not come from our theme, sorry! Try to disable all of your untested plugins used by you, clear all the caches and check the results after this steps. Try using only our tested plugins and rule out any conflicting plugins.
