Nothing shows up when I edit a newly created page. The option to “ADD ELEMENT” appears on the left side. The right side is blank. Nothing happens when I add a block.

It isn’t better performance. It doesn’t work period. If it was working but was slow, then I understand your argument. But it doesn’t work out of the box and I need to make server modifications just to get it to run normally.

The WordPress and server parameters mentioned are essential to the full functionality of the theme and plugins. These are necessary not just for the theme, but in general.
Not having the values as recommended is usually the reason for the theme and plugins not working as intended. But there could be other reasons as well.
If you have followed the guide, and the composer is still not working properly, try deactivating all your other plugins, and test again. Could be a plugin conflict.
