My header banner and right rail ads are loading under the bottom of the home page and all home pages. I have them installed by embedding the ad code directly into the ad section of the theme. How can I fix the placement issue? http://imgur.com/tWm3EEb

You should edit your page and try to manage the Ad section. Do you have tried this? Provide some screenshots with your page structure so I can take a closer look at it.

I have the ads placed in the ad section of the theme panel. Please see screen grab. http://imgur.com/a/TTIqd. I got the following from my ad company: “Looks like they’re not loading the ads into container divs; container divs that they need to position within their site.”

Unfortunately, I do not know what kind of Ad have you entered in header ad section, sorry!
Does not seem to be a Google AdSense code, sorry! Please keep in mind that our theme has been designed to use only the Google AdSense code and if you are using another ad code, it is possible that the theme does not recognize it and that’s why you do not bring any result, sorry!
