When I first set up the website, the menus worked completely fine, however, I have had some problems over the last few weeks. For some reason, the Main Menu (Header Menu) is now displaying only the “Pages” that have been selected, and not the “Categories”.
If I go to the Menu page on the Backend, I see all the correct menu items – “Pages” and “Categories”. When I click “Save Menu”, it corrects the Frontend temporarily but not permanently. It is the same on the Mobile version of the site too.
Your help would be much appreciated.

If the menus of your site change links, that is not a theme issue as the theme has no interference over the menu content of wordpress. Please try to re-save the permalinks and check your plugins if they create redirects from the page links or category links.
