Noticed today that something happened with sub menu system colors. Okay went to check settings, everything is as it should. hover color is light blue, but it does not show. Looked more into that and found out that if I set hover background color white, it does not appear, same thing hover text colors, light blue and other light does not work anymore. If change dark red and etc. It shows immediately but for hover text #4db2ec and hover background #ffffff does not work.
I changed submenu hover background to #fffffe and hover text to #4db2ed. That way it works. But not with #ffffff and #4db2ec. Strange. Any clue what may cause it that this two colors does not work anymore? I know that it worked before when I set these colors previously.

I have tested both colors you mentioned on my end but they work as expected. I cannot recreate the issue. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
