Mobile theme not working – tried everything already

PLEASE HELP.
I was trying to optimize my site by deactivating some plugins, checking errors, setting CloudFare and W3 Total Cache etc. But when I was done (and purged the cache) I noticed that the mobile theme was all over the desktop. So I deactivated, waited, purged and activated (purging again).

Now the mobile theme is not working.
All I see is the responsive desktop theme on mobile — which is now bad at all, but for Google/SEO, I need a mobile theme to load faster.

Thanks.

I am also having this issue. With Cache enabled the themes mobile pages display on the desktop and vice versa. This is extremely annoying as I have had to disable cache which gives a very slow experience for our users.

Is there anyway to resolve this?

Hello all,

Please notice that W3 Total Cache is not tested with our theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues like this, sorry! You should use WP Super Cache for caching plugin because it is tested with the theme and should work as expected.

Thanks for your understanding!

It’s solved. Thanks.
But it would be really good to support W3 Total Cache since it’s even more complete and full of resources.

Thanks for your understanding.
