Hi all: First of all I am njot a tech person but can handle some problems…
Some months ago I bougth a Newspaper license and installed a site in a test environment. Last week I asked a tech person to move it to a new domain, where I need to go live very soon.
They installed it but I am having problems with the images.
1) When I try to add a new image in stops in the crop process and never add the image.
2) I tried to import the images from the old site and it send me an error…
Can someone help me pls…

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
