Youtube Video Playlist Order

Hi,

Is there any way to change the order of youtube video?
I upload 3 videos a day and new videos are going to bottom of playlist. So visitor have to do scroll down every time when they want to see if there is new video or not? It is so boring, right?
In short I want to put the latest video topmost. Is it possible and how?
