please help I don’t have category tag how can I get it ?

Probably need to be way more specific?
You add tags from the tag box in the post editor — part of WordPress, not the theme.
You can add tags ‘per post,’ and once you add one to a post, it can be re-used in future. Or you can add them in advance:
