Super cache update to 1.5.0

Recently WP-Super-Cache was just updated to version 1.5.0. Although it claims they fixed a lot of bugs, is it safe to update?

Not a question about the theme itself, more like if anyone know about any possible compatibility issues.

The updated plugin has been tested and it seems to work as expected, without any problems. You can use the update of the plugin and check the results.
