I have this on my System Status for Newspaper V8. Any idea where I can locate it. I don’t have any plug-ins called speed booster.

Check your Plugins list and there you will see the Speed Booster plugin, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/InnhMe0XG8TU Being an old version, you should remove it and install the latest version of it which is available with the latest theme version.
