Social Icons in footer not visible

Hello,
Although I have set the Social Icons to be visible in the Footer , and I also set facebook,twitter, google+ urls inside Social Networks tab,the icons are not visible in the footer. The issue is, the URL outbound links are there because if I search the SOURCE CODE of the page, it is obvious the outbound links to social networks are there but invisible. Please advice.

Please ensure that the following settings -> https://www.screencast.com/t/o7ekYThOX -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ljGo9PLKhP are not disabled in order to achieve good results with the social networks.

Hi Catalin!

Now I figured out, the social icons in footer are NOT VISIBLE as long as FOOTER STYLE 12 is selected. Selecting FOOTER STYLE 13 solved this problem.
