Categories going 404 when creating a new one

Hello,

Every time I create a new category on my site the all the categories is going 404.

Can you pls kindly let help to fix this?

So far the only way I have is to regenerate permalinks.

It could be caused by a caching plugin, or maybe a security plugin. Maybe these similar topics can provide some information
