Hello Anh Quoc,

Unfortunately, please keep in mind that our them does not have any such an option that allows you to make this change, sorry! The theme has a footer menu but the place of it is that section, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vwEGirMeJW
For my curiosity, why do you want to move the MAIN menu of your website to the footer section? It is not recommended this thing, sorry!
