how to create a mega menu, it is not available in the menu creation tab?

Notice that the Mega Menu option should have to appears in Menus section when you manage your menus, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hdAIjvQmklb2 If this option is not there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because it is possible that your theme installing to be incomplete.

I reinstalled the theme again via ftp but still, I am not getting the mega menu option.
may be the problem is there with .zip file. if it is possible could you please provide the package again.

Please notice that the correct theme pack can be downloaded from Theme Forest. I have checked it and should work as expected. If you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and break some options, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the tested and required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
