you know that it is sometimes is important that the latest news stream posts show with hours not days. As all visible posts could be from the same date (usually – today). I need to see ‘8:00’ instead of ‘26.07.2017’
How to change the format of posts was published, especially for some specific categories (like, breaking news).

Well, the question is not related to standard WordPress date format settings. I know it.
As you see – it shows the date and time. For latest news, news media use just time. So we need to skipe the date (means the date of post should be invisible).
Secondly, it should be just for today’s news.
This was the point.
