Site Failing to Load on Ipads

Hello!

We really like the template, but are having trouble with our site failing to load on iPads regardless of the browsers used. Sometimes the site starts to load, as in we see some text but then crashes. On Safari we get this error “a problem occurred with this web page, so it was reloaded,” however the screen is grey. If we try to reload manually we get the error message “A problem has repeatedly occurred on “http:/www.Crazedkitchen.com”. On Chrome we get the lovely “Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage” message.

Any ideas on what could be going on? And what we can do to fix it?

Hi I am facing the same problem with my website. And this only happens with Apple iphones. There is no issue on other devices or desktop. Please see this page on an iphone to replicate the problem: https://ijusttrylah.com/best-credit-cards-for-petrol-in-singapore

There is no issue with google chrome… It doesn’t make sense to use another browser when the problem is that any user with an iphone will not be able to access the page. There is clearly an error and I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction to fix the error for iphones and ipads… This applies for all iphones and ipads.

The rest of the website is fine. Above is one of the new pages that I’m trying to add, however, it does not work on iphones or ipads. This error only occurs on SPECIFIC pages – above link is one of them.

I have just used browserstack.com to try loading it on iphone 13, 14, 15 – all of which have shown the same error “A problem has repeatedly occurred on “https://ijusttrylah.com/best-credit-cards-for-petrol-in-singapore”
