When I migrate newspaper theme from one domain to another I do something wrong and lost custom CSS and can not find a solution for recovery them. Can someone help me?
Use the DUPLICATOR plugin to carry over settings and change sitenames in dbase.
You should make backups of your old content prior to the move.

I know there are many plugins for this issue but I can not open admin panel in wp so, I wonder if there is a save custom CSS in the base and which the table if exists

Hello,
As it is a simple css isn’t it simpler to just copy and paste it instead of looking through the db? It is a simple string of text you can copy from the main domain over to the new one and that’s that. You can even save a copy on your pc in a txt file for safe keeping.
