I’ve been trying to remove and add a poster on my page with tadDiv but it isn’t responding. Has this got to do with me or the theme?

Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed, they might have a recommended method in this matter.
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
After making the changes, check if everything works using the tagDiv composer. Please let us know if you still have problems.
