Hi, we’re looking at the Health Blog layout and was wondering if we are able to:
1. Extend the rectangles vertically at the top under Trending Now to showcase subtitles/ content of the articles below the title
2. Change the size of the rectangles at the top under Trending Now to make them horizontally longer?

1/2. If you mean the Big grid, that is not possible. The blocks and Big grids have predefined designs, modifying them is possible only with custom code or theme modifications and it is not recommended. You can only place them on pages as they are.
