Strange snippet behaviour

Hello!
If you google Antilatency and show the results for the last week (click), you see the link to our site to a tag page from 2015 with a snippet from one of the latest posts. How is this possible and how can it be fixed?

Sorry for this but please notice that our theme does not have any control over this case, sorry! You should try using a Seo Yoast plugin and setup from there this case.
