Hello,
I’m having a problem with the social counter widget – for example on http://news.hexcom.cz/valve-oznamilo-vydani-nove-hry-nesouci-nazev-artifact-the-dota-card-game/ … When I click on “I like this” then it redirects me to the Facebook page, cool, but it says “0 fans” all the time even through I have some on here already. What should I do?

Hi,
Make sure you configured the counter according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Then try clearing any caching you have installed, also check if there is server side caching. Usually that is the reason for the data to not display properly.
