Hi, I have this issue where my view count isn’t working when we are using mobile and different PC.
To be specific, whenever we posted a content in our website, only certain PCs show the accurate number of views (viewers and social counter). In mobile and in other PCs, the amount of views is static and does not show any changes.

Hello,
the view count works fine on both mobile and desktop. Please aloow it a bit of time to load the page correctly as first the cached views are shown but are then rewritten with the correct number by the ajax view count.
As for the social icons it shows the same number on all devices I tested with. Please clear your browser cache on your devices as I cannot see any issue on my end. Both the view number and the social counter show the exact same number on all devices I tested with. (Pc, tablet, phone)

However, when I click “Get Access Token” it just says PLEASE WAIT… and nothing happens (4 hours)

For my site the counter for facebook shows 0. For 3 days 0. Even if the page is around 400 likes, ans the twitter is shown correctly.
I have instaled another plugin under, which shows corectly.
Cans you please advise me?

Hi.
As you can see (if you will visit my website) i have added the Social rfom page builder and from widgets.
Both twitter and google plus are working, except facebook.
None of them showing the right infos.
I have followed your tutorial, and i got the same.
P.S. As you can see under, there is another social plugin with shows the right infos.

@andresgsm The counter seems to be configured properly, and the problem is just with the Facebook counter. If you have caching installed, clear it and check again.
If that is not the case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look.
Leave the counter configured. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
