That weird, I already have the yoast with that configuration and it is still wrong, we have also deleted the cache.

Thanks, the first word “category” its hide but the second no.
Example: http://www.ourweb.com/category/anothercategory/mi-post
And we want: http://www.ourweb.com/mi-post

Not part of theme. You likely should consider using a plugin or custom function to do that.
Also check your permalinks settings in WP admin panel (not part of theme).
