Where does Newspaper store Post Content

Hello, I have recently migrated from GoDaddy to BlueHost and have lost my site. I have accepted that it will all need to be rebuilt at this point. The Backups and Data Base files will just not play nice. Can you PLEASE tell me where Newspaper stores the individual posts? I have roughly 35 blog posts that I just need the text from. I have been looking for the solution for a week now. Is does not matter if it is in a .php or .sql, I just need to copy the blog text…. Hoping you can help:)

All saved in the mysql dbase with the rest of the website data.
