Hello,
I have just updated from version 4 to version 8.1, there are still some issues to fix. One main problem is, that the template does not load when I am not logged in. It looks like this: http://bit.ly/2i5HCrS and not like this: http://bit.ly/2fJhDG0
How can I fix this?

Please disable the mobile theme setting of jetpack.
