Can't save theme panel setting

Hi there!

I have deactivated all unnecessary plugins, and updated the WordPress to newest version. I have contacted my service on Sucuri and it’s not blocked. But I still cannot successfully save the theme panel setting and it’s always in loading status. Can you use my WordPress credentials to check what’s problem? Thanks!

Hi,

Please also check the theme system status an make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed. Then check if the theme panel settings are saved properly.

Hi there

I have done a new installation of this theme and i am getting the same error. I cannot save anything as i just get the spinning square. I system parameters are correct.

Please advise
