I wish to show an image on the sidebar of my newspaper8 theme. When I use the image box widget the image appear as below with a white square on the centre of the image. See the screenshot below.
Is this an error?
Also is there any builtin option to initiate a popup while users scrolling the page or something like that. The purpose I want to promote my eBook via popup. If not can you please suggest any plugin suitable for this theme.

Hello,
The image box element requires a title. That is the title container. Please use a single image element if you do not add any title on your images.
As for the pop-up, sorry but our theme does not have a pop-up functionality. You will have to search for a plugin that can provide the functionality you are looking for.
