TagDiv Composer doesn't work

Hi,
I cannot be able to edit an page using TagDiv Composer. When I click on the button (into page modify section) it start a black page with loader…but dosn’t show anything.
How can I solve?
I’ve chaged all php.ini and wp-config paramenters as you suggest.

Hi,

Try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any installed caching. Then create a new page and try to edit it with the tagDiv composer.
Do not try to edit pages previously created with Visual composer.
Please let us know the results.

Hi,
I disabled all extra plugins…I tried to create a new blank page with TagDiv Composer….but i see the same problem.
